Properties
It is a polymer with relatively lower molecular weight. The pure product is amber to light brown granule with softening point above 74°C.
It is soluble in benzene, acetone and other organic solvents but insoluble in water. It is slightly soluble in petroleum hydrocarbons.

Application
As an antioxidant for natural rubbers and many kinds of synthetic rubbers, it has a
special good effect on preventing thermal aging of NBR. These products can be used
in heated equipments and the torrid zone.
